PLATTSBURGH — The Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) will conduct a session to train osteoporosis exercise instructors and exercise assistants on Thursday, March 20, at the CVPH Wellness Center at PARC, 295 New York Ave., in Plattsburgh.
